How are the rental rates for the requests on my ad calculated?

Setting up your rates


- You are free to set your rates (default: 1 day and 1 week / advanced rates: 1/2 day, 2d, 3d, 4d, 5d, 6d, and 2 weeks) in your ad management.

- SamBoat suggests "1 day" and "1 week" rates when creating your ad.

Rental periods are described as:

  • 1 week = 7 days and 6 nights rental (Example from Saturday morning to Friday afternoon).
  • 1 day = corresponds to approximately 7 hours of navigation (+/- 1 hour according to the owners).
  • 1/2 day = between 3 and 4 hours of rental depending on the owners.

->In case a period has no price set for "1 day"  by the owner, SamBoat will automatically calculate it for them using the following: 

Price for 1 day = Weekly Price / 7

->In case a period has no price set for "1 week"  by the owner, SamBoat will automatically calculate it for them using the following: 

Price for 1 week = 1 day X 7
