If the renter does not have the expected level to safely manoeuvre your boat, you have several options:
- You can suggest that he take on a skipper at his own expense
- You can offer to cancel the rental, SamBoat will refund the renter the amount of the rental on his credit card as well as the management fee in the form of a coupon.
- If the renter is at fault (false nautical CV, doesn't hold a boating licence), the refund will be at your discretion. As for the management fees, SamBoat will not be able to reimburse them.
In the event of a proven aggravating circumstance (false nautical CV, non-holder of the boat licence or invalid guarantee), the refund will be at your discretion. As for the management fees, SamBoat will not be able to refund them.
